INGREDIENTES

3 tazas de coco rallado
8 cdas. De harina para todo uso
4 yemas
1 taza de azúcar
¼ cdta. De sal
4 cdas. De mantequilla
Ralladura de 1 limón verde o ½ cdta de vanilla

PROCEDIMENTO

Combina los ingredientes hasta mezclar bien.
Forma bolitas y colócalas en un molde engrasado.
Hornea a 350°F durante 35 minutos aproximadamente.
