2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Large Green Pepper
1/2 Large Red Pepper
1/2 Large Onion
2 Jars of Pitted Goya Olives w/ Capers
3 pkg. Large Goya Discos Adobo to taste
5 pkg. Sazon
1/2 Bottle Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Small dice the peppers and onion, large dice olives and capers, defrost discos
2. In a large pan with oil, brown ground beef and sazon. Once browned add vegetables and olives and add adobo to taste. Simmer until vegetables are soft
3. Cool meat and vegetable mix. Once cooled, use a table spoon to fill each disc. Fold over and close with a fork.
4. Heat 1/2 inch of oil in pan and add empanadas, cooking for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip over and cook for another 3 minutes. Let cook and enjoy!
