1 graham cracker pie crust recipe
24 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 ¼ c. sugar
1-pint sour cream
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
Fruit topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make piecrust in a spring form pan.
Place soften cream cheese in a large bowl and add sugar, vanilla and one egg. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add remaining eggs and sour cream. Beat until blended. Then add heavy cream and beat until blended again. Pour into crust and bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes. Turn the oven off and open the door to let the temperature drop for 1 minute. Close the door and let it cool for 15 minutes. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill.
