3 lg. Granny Smith
1 orange
¼ c. melted butter
Sugar
Watkins Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Zest the orange and set aside. Juice orange, getting at least 1/3 cup juice then set aside.
Peel, core, and slice apples getting 24-36 slices, Open rolls and roll out and cut each triangle in half. Take half of triangle and twist around two or three pieces of apple. Place in a dish leaving plenty of space between bundles. Pour juice around bundles making sure not to get on the top of crescent rolls. Pour butter over the top of each. Combined zest, sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle over everything to taste.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream or half & half

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I highly recommend the Pampered Chef Deep Dish baker for this recipe. The bundles come out so crispy. Back in the early 90's we were in the process of moving back to Louisiana and I joined the family of Pampered Chef consultants. It was one of most enjoyable businesses I have had. I was very much in my element. This became one of our families favorite desserts.
