4 eggs
2 1/4 cup sugar
5 cups milk
4 cups cream
4 1/2 tsp vanilla

(can substitute 6 C 1/2 & 1/2 and 3 C cream)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar; beating until stiff (10 min). Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into freezing canister and process.
