1 large can chunk or crushed pineapple, drained saving the juice
2 cups mini-marshmallows
1 1/2 T flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 T vinegar
1 egg, beaten
3 cups diced or chopped apples (about 2 large)
8 oz cool whip
1 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple and marshmallow. Refrigerate overnight. In pan, cook until thick, pineapple juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, mix cooked mixture and cool whip. Then add pineapple/marshmallow mix. Add apples and pecans and stir.
