½ box Jiffy white cake mix (4.5 oz other cake mix)
3 Granny Smith Apples
1 stick butter
¼ c. oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Spray non-stick spray in a 9" baking dish. Pack sliced apples in dish. Combine oatmeal with cake mix and sprinkle ½ of cake mix over apples. Then pour melted butter over the top of all. Bake at for 35-45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or Half & Half.
