1 lb hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons dry mustard
4 tablespoons milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add ground beef to skillet in small chunks; cook and stir to break the beef into smaller pieces as it cooks until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes; cook with onion and garlic. Drain off fat and add soup, mushrooms, sour cream, mustard and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper for taste; serve over egg noodles or rice.
