preheat oven to 375 degrees

package of English muffins (6)
1 lb ground beef - browned
8 oz. spaghetti or pizza sauce
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese.
Directions:
Directions:
1) Split muffins and arrange on a baking sheet.
2) Spoon sauce on each half and spread.
3) Put a spoonful of ground beef on each half.
4) Top with cheese .
5) Cook until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly (about 10-15 min)

This is just one of the great "fast foods" that mom served. She also made a mean pita pocket filled with and cheese that had been wrapped in foil and baked. She id the same with tuna on hot dog buns!
