4 cup bread crumbs
2 cup corn bread crumbs
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp celery seed
1 stick butter
2 lbs boneless round steak
2 beaten eggs
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp sage
2 cup water
½ large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce the celery and onions in butter and water until soft. Add to the bread crumb and corn bread crumbs. Add seasonings. Mix well. Place steak on foil and spread dressing on it, roll into a loaf shape.
Tie both ends with twine, wrap in the foil and bake for 2 hours.
Bake at 350º preheated oven.
