2 eggs beaten until foamy
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 cups plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, Place batter in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
