1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1-3/4 cup self rising flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 large bananas (4 if small) very ripe, almost black
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, butter, flour, and vanilla. Stir good then add bananas and nuts. May seem dry before bananas are added but do not add water.
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake from 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Grease bottom and sides of pan. Flour bottom lightly.
