Directions:
Start eggs in cold water. Boil for 15 minutes at medium temperature. Start counting after water begins to boil. Remove from stove and let eggs set in boiling water for about 30 minutes (covered). Then cool in cold water - peel and crack each egg before you put them in cold water to cool. This will make them peel easier.
