2 tbsp flour
tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

6 boneless chicken breasts, flattened.

1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter

c frozen orange juic concentrate
c water
1 tbsp grainy or dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first five ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture. Heat together butter and oil in sauce pan and saute chicken. Add orange juice mixture to pan, reduce slightly. Turn down heat,partially cover, till mixture thickens.Turn chicken occasionally so sauce coats. Can also be cooked together in an oven proof casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350
