⅓ c wine
⅓ c vinegar
¼ c ketchup
2 tbs salad oil
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp preparedmustard
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder

Mix together marinade. Cover meat. Marinade overnight

To save on your food budget, buy a roast and slice into steaks! You may eliminate MSG. and use dry mustard or garlic cloves if preferred.
