Ingredients:
3 - 4 baby red potatoes
A handfull of baby carrots
2 wedges of green cabbage
1 package of boiling onions, pealed and whole,
2 stalks of chopped celery
Olive oil
Hi's seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss all veggies, except cabbage, with olive oil and seasoning. Place cabbage wedges in casserole dish and drizzle with oil and season with Hi's seasoning salt. Surround the cabbage with the other vegetables. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Give the veg a little toss trying not to break up the cabbage wedges. Microwave an additional 4 minutes. The vegetable will be hot but still a little crisp as I like them. Feel free to microwave to your preferred tenderness.

This really is not a recipe at all but it is great served with Corned Beef on St. Patrick's day.
