1/3 cup black olives
1/3 cup green olives (stuffed with pimiento)
2 medium cloves of garlic
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Monterey jack cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 baguette or loaf of French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Chop olives in food processor. Transfer to a bowl. With the food processor running, drop in garlic, parmesan, butter, and olive oil. Process until it forms a paste. Add the mixture to the olives. Fold in parmesan cheese and parsley, Mix well. Cut baguette into thin slices; spread generously with the mixture. Cook under broiler until bubbly and golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes or to your liking.
