1 1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 C sour cream
2T minced onion or 1 small onion diced
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
3 T minced fresh parsley or 2 T dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp beau monde
3 3 oz pkgs chipped corned beef, chopped - optional
2 round rye or pumpernickel bread rounds

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Cut out the center of one bread round and mound the dip into the interior cavity. Cut the other round into cubes for dipping.
