2 lbs corned beef brisket
2 lbs small potatoes
2 men onions
2 by leaves
tb coriander seeds
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 head cabbage
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
place first 6 ingredients in pot and cover wiath cold water
cover and bring to soft simmer for 3 1/2 hrs
cut cabbage into quarters remove core
add ato pot and cook for 15 min serve meat with potatoes and cabbage
