Ingredients:  
1 oz. block cream cheese
2 Tbs. milk
2 Tbs. onion flakes
1/4 cup finely minced green pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) package freid beef
1/4 tsp each pepper and garlic salt (up to 1/2 tsp garlic salt)
1/2 cup sour cream
Topping:
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese and milk. Stir in the finely chopped dried beef. Add onion flakes, green pepper, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream.
Put in small casserole dish or pie plate. Saute the pecans in butter, add salt. Sprinkle pecans over dip and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Good hot or cold.
