Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Stir in flour and add milk to make a thick gravy, Season with salt and pepper and serve on toast. A little beef bouillon will add flavor.

S.O.S. or S--t on a Shingle was served in the mess hall in Japan. Ron also called it "Gohan and Gravy".
