1/3 cup oleo, melted
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar

Filling:
3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
12 oz. bag chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pat crust firmly on bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in milk, and mix in remaining ingredients. pour into pan and bake at 350º 1 hour 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool and chill in refrigerator.

Variations: Substitute white chocolate for dark.

Pumpkin: Omit chocolate chips and 1 pkg. cream cheese. Pour all but 1 cup into spring form. Mix small can pumpkin into remaining portion and swirl into white chocolate mixture.

Turtle: Same as chocolate cheese cake but microwave 1 14 oz. bag caramels with 1 can of evaporated milk on high 4 -5 minutes until melted. Stir every minute. Pour over crust and add pecans over caramel. Pour in filling.
