1 quart oysters
1 stick butter
1 rib celery, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 C parsley, chopped fine
1 box frozen spinach,
thawed & drained
1/4 tsp anise seed, crushed
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C bread crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º

Drain oysters. Melt butter & saute celery. Add rest & mix well. Salt & pepper to taste.

Grease a shallow casserole. Arrange oysters in a single layer. Top with Rockefeller mixture. Bake at 450º 30 minutes.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese & a thin layer of bread crumbs. Bake an add'l 10 minutes till slightly browned.
