24 medium to large strawberries
8oz. light cream cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove the tops of all the strawberries and cut out a cone shape from inside each strawberry - to be filled with the cream cheese mixture.
2. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Place in a zip loc bag,pushing it to one corner. Twist the top of the bag and snip the corner of the bag with the filling.
3. Squeeze filling into each strawberry and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
