1 - 3 lb beef tenderloin roast
3/4 cp soy sauce
1/2 cp melted butter
Beef broth - approx 1 1/2 cps
4 Tbls flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Place the roast in a shallow, glass baking dish. Pour the soy sauce and melted butter over the tenderloin.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 min, then turn the roast over and continue roasting 30-45 min - basting occasionally.

Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 10-15 min before slicing. Meanwhile pour the pan drippings in a measuring cup and add enough beef broth to make 2 cps. Pour this into a saucepan and whisk in the flour until it's smooth. Heat over med/low heat until the gravy thickens
