1 c. heavy cream
¼ c. dipping chocolate
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
2 T. Amaretto
cocoa
powdered sugar
chopped almonds
shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, bring cream to boil. Pour over finely chopped chocolate in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for 30 seconds, then whisk until smooth. Stir in Amaretto and cool in refrigerator. When cool, beat until fluffy. Spoon out small mounds; roll into 1" balls in the palm of your hand. Dip truffles in dipping chocolate, roll in what ever topping you choose.
