1½ pounds ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
3 slices bread, torn
½ cup grated carrots
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Topping
¼ cup brown sugar
¼cup ketchup
1½ tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat loaf ingredients, mixing well. Use hands for best results. Place in 5 X 9 inch loaf pan; bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Combine topping ingredients. Remove meat loaf from oven, spoon topping over meat loaf. Return to oven and continue baking until meat is donie, another 30 minutes
