1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
No. 3 can fruit cocktail
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 can flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour, soda and salt. Add fruit cocktail and egg. Spread in a greased 9X13 pan. Combine brown sugar and pecans and sprinkle over top of batter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 3/4 cup sugar, butter and milk and bring to bil and cook 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut. Pour over cake while hot.
