Layer 1
1 small box lime jello
1 small box lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
scant 2 cups cold water OR water and ice to equal 2 cups
1 #2 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup drained, save the juice

Layer 2
1 small carton Cool whip
8 oz cream cheese

Layer 3
1 cup pineapple juice (just add water to what was drained if needed)
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
For first layer
Mix gelatins in hot water and stir until dissolved. Add cold water and pineapple. Stir. Pour in to 8x12 pain and chill until firm.

For second layer
Beat cram cheese into cool whip and spread over first layer.

For third layer
Beat together and cook until thick. Cool and spread on 2nd layer. Optional: Put ¼ cup cheddar cheese grated, sprinkled on top.

Double for 9x13 dish
