2 cups Elbow Macaroni, cooked

4-6 Pork Chops, ½ inch thick
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
¼ tsp. Salt
dash Pepper

1-28oz. can Diced Tomatoes
1-15oz. can Italian Tomato Sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
½ tsp. Dried Basil
½ tsp. Sugar
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup Onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
½ cup Red Pepper, chopped
½ cup Green Pepper, Chopped

⅓ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook macaroni, drain, and place in bottom of roaster. In a skillet, add oil and brown the pork chops on both sides. Drain off the fat and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Arrange the chops on top of the macaroni. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the cheese, in a large mixing bowl, mix well and pour over the chops and macaroni. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover and bake for 1-1¼ hours until meat is tender.
