Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Sauté leeks in butter (4 cups chopped)
8 cups bread cubes, toasted
2 cups grated cheese
Add bread cubes into sautéed leeks
1/2 cup White wine to deglaze
S&P

4 eggs
2 cups cream
1 cup chicken stock
Nutmeg, 2 tsp tarragon, 3 Tbs chives
Add crisp bacon
Let sit 30 mins
Bake 350º for 30 mins
