7 cups unpeeled, sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup canning salt


2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover cucumbers and onions with water and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Brain off salt water. Mix together.

Mix sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and vinegar, boil for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

Put cucumbers, onions, and green peppers in jars. Pour liquid mixture over the pickles. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
