Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
¼ cup minced onion
⅜ cup milk
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Form into small meatballs. Brown, turning often to cook on all sides. Remove from pan.
 

Gravy

3 Tbls flour
3 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
⅛ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour with drippings in pan. Gradually stir in water, whisking until smooth. Add bouillon, salt and pepper. Add meatballs back into pan and simmer for 30 minutes.

Or, place meatballs in baking dish and top with gravy. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes until cooked through
