2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. sugar

2 egg yolks in a cup, add milk to make 2/3 cup.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut first four ingredients with pastry cutter till crumbly.

Add egg/milk mixture. Blend gently.

Makes enough to cover jelly roll pan 15/12 X 12, twice.
