1¼ cup Wesson Oil
2½ cup sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 cup nuts
3 cups chopped green apples
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and soda together. Combine oil, sugar and eggs together; and them combine with the flour mixture. Add the nuts, apples and vanilla. Combine well. Pour into a greased bundt pan and place into a cold oven. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
