1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese -- grate
1/3 cup blue cheese -- grate
1 small garlic bud put through press
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Sherry or other wine
Fresh parsley
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough sherry to be able to shape cheese, garlic, seasonings into a ball. Fresh parsley and chopped nuts can be pressed on outside of ball.
