12 lbs. hamburger
1 46 oz. can V-8
1 46 oz. can tomato soup
1 46 oz. can tomato juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Heinz white vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 bunch chopped celery (fine)
1 - 1 1/2 green pepper chopped (fine)
1 - 1 1/2 cup onion chopped (fine)
4 - 8 tsp. ground all spice
4 - 8 tsp. ground cloves
1 - 2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. celery salt
4 - 8 tsp. chili powder
4 - 8 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. salt or to taste

Bake and brown hamburger at 350-375º for about 1 hour in oven stir occasionally. Then remove grease.

Add all ingredients

Simmer about 2 hours in the oven stirring occasionally.

I like it spicier so I would add the higher amounts of variable ingredients.
