3 (10 oz.) packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1-1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
1 (8-1/2) can artichoke hearts, mashed
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. celery salt
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
canned fried onions
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach for a few minutes per package instructions. SautÚ onion in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Stir Parmesan cheese into the casserole and sprinkle some on the top. Bake in a 350║ oven for 20 - 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and fried onions; bake until cheese is melted.
