Directions:
Directions:
Once a week prepare a pot of rice using 1 teaspoon of garlic coconut oil to 1 cup of rice according to directions on the package. Sauté vegetables separately and store separately. Cook garlic with onions. Now you have all the components to put together a fast stir-fry with left over meats. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat adding a teaspoon of garlic coconut oil. Then stir-fry a combination of vegetables of your choice. Add a cup of chilled rice. Then add 1 cup of protein. Clear the center of the pan and scramble in a beaten egg. Combine. This recipe is for one but you make enough vegetables and rice for the week. Other vegetables can me added as well.

Personal Notes:
My step-son, Christian loves leftovers prepared this way and you will, too when you come home wishing you could throw together a quick meal. With just a little prep time on the weekend you can be prepared for the week.
