Soaking ingredients:
2 c. Quinoa
2 tbsp. Whey
6 c. water

Cooking Ingredients:
1 ½c water
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp.salt
⅓ c. dried frozen or fresh fruit

Garnish ingredients:
cream and nuts

Directions:

2 c. Quinoa
2 tbsp. Whey
6 c. water
Soak over night.

Rinse Quinoa
Add:
1 ½c water
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp.salt
⅓ c. dried frozen or fresh fruit*
Bring all ingredients to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove lid and turn off heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Stir
Serve with nuts and cream
*if you like your dried fruit chewy add with nuts in cream
