1-1/2 lbs lean round steak
1 cup boullion or consomme
3 T soy sauce
6 T corn oil
1-1/2 cups diagonally sliced celery
1-1/2 medium onions, sliced
3/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
3/4 lb fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat into thin diagonal strips, about 3 inches long, cutting across the grain. Stir together bouillon and soy sauce. Heat 3 T corn oil in a large, heavy skillet. Cook half the meat, turning frequently, until browned. Add half the soy sauce mixture, then push meat to side of pan. Add half of the celery, onion and mushroom, keeping separate; cook, turning frequently, 3-4 minutes. Add half the spinach and cook 1-2 minutes longer. Serve immediately with rice and sauce from pan.

Cook remaining ingredients.
