1pkg. butter cake mix
1 1/4 oz. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. sherry
2 tsp. almond extract
Powdered sugar
4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour Bundt pan. The spray on flour is great for this pan. Combine all ingredients except powered sugar in mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Then beat on medium for 1 minute. Stir and beat another minute. Pour into Bundt pan and bang on cabinet to remove air bubbles. Bake 40-60 minutes until top springs back when touched. If cake starts to brown too much place a sheet of foil over top. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
