1 pork loin chopped into small pieces
12 cloves garlic
2 small onions
1 small zucchini
Organic chicken broth (1 -2 boxes as necessary)
Cumin seeds (2 tbls.) yes tablespoons
Ground cumin (1 tsp)
Red pepper, to taste ½ tsp
Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Salt
Chopped parsley
Chopped cilantro
2 chopped fresh tomatoes
Small can chopped tomatoes
½ tomatillo
1 can garbanzo beans
Small star shaped pasta or other small
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee chopped garlic and onion in olive oil, render flavors then add pork cubes and cumin seeds and ground cumin to coat, add red and black pepper and salt then tomatoes. Cook till tender. Add broth and parsley and cook about 45 minutes, and then add chopped zucchini, garbanzo beans and tomatillo chopped fine and star shaped pasta till al dente. Serve as soup in bowls with chopped cilantro on top.
