Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 cup cider vinegar
1 large sour pickle minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon molasses
salt and pepper to taste.

Pork:
2 - 3 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 strips bacon.

Directions:
Directions:
Make Sauce:
Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in small sauce pan.
Heat just long enough to melt butter, stirring frequently.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Use as basting sauce while tenderloin is cooking. Add enough of remaining sauce to moisten just before serving.

Pork:
Combine all the spices. Rub tenderloins with spice mixture.
Wrap bacon around and secure with toothpicks.
I bake in 450 degree oven and baste often with sauce. It calls to be grilled until 160 degrees. Basting twice.
When cool enough pull or hack into bite size pieces.

The vinegar and and sour pickle is what gives it its flavor. It must be a sour pickle.
