2 extra ripe bananas (1 cup)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c milk
1 T. oil
1 c pancake mix
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
butter
warmed syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Puree bananas in blender. In a medium bowl, combine bananas, egg, milk and oil. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, nuts and cinnamon. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened. Lightly grease and heat a skillet.
For each pancake pour 1/4 cup batter. Brown over medium heat until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and brown on other side. Serve with whipped butter and warm syrup
