10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
Dash of salt and pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 burrito-size tortillas

Sauce
3 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon dijon mustard (add more if you like a spicier sauce)

In a large bowl toss quartered grape tomatoes, a dash of salt and pepper, lettuce and bacon..
In small bowl combine softened cream cheese with mayo and dijon mustard. Add to BLT mixture and stir gently until completely blended.

Divide the mixture evenly among the large burrito-size tortillas. Place the mixture on the bottom 1/3 of the tortilla. Roll the wrap tightly, and secure with a toothpick about 2 inches from each end. Cut in half diagonally.
Best eaten fresh! Enjoy!

I prefer the ready-cooked bacon as it is quick to fix and is easier to crumble than pan-cooked style.

May also be cut into four pieces or small slices to use as appetizer or party-size hors d'oeuvres. Another "twist" may be to use tuna, tiny shrimp, ham bits, etc. instead of bacon.
