1 bunch of broccoli rabe, cleaned and cut into "bite size" pieces
1 lb. pasta shells, cooked
6 Italian sausage links
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
2 T. butter
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze sausage from casing and saute, breaking into small pieces. Remove with slotted spoon.
Poor off excess fat.
Add some olive oil to pan and saute rabe and garlic.
Add chicken broth and simmer until rabe is tender.
When rabe is tender, add cooked sausage and butter.
Serve over cooked shells with parmesan cheese.

I've made this with 1 box of frozen chopped spinach instead of rabe too.. Both ways are very good.
