4-6 c. Spring Greens Mixture
1-2 c. Romaine Lettuce, chopped
½-¼ Red Onion, very thinly sliced
1 LB Feta Cheese, crumbled
½-1 c. Craisins
1 c. Blueberries
Pomegranate Seeds from ½ of a pomegranate
1 c. toasted Pine Nuts
1 pkg Butter Toasted Almonds

Dressing
1 bottle Fat Free Cranberry Balsamic
1 bottle Poppy Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the salad ingredients together at the very last minute as the salad tends to get soggy easily. Add or subtract ingredients per your own personal tastes.

Dressing. Mix together well and serve on the side or toss lightly just before serving.
