1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1 c. milk
2 T. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3-4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a cup, stir water, sugar and yeast. Let stand for 5 min. until it becomes foamy.
In a bowl, mix milk, butter and salt. Add yeast mixture, stir all together. Add 2 cups flour, blend together, and then stir in as much of remaining flour as needed to form soft dough.
Knead on lightly floured board for 8 minutes. While kneading add as much of the remaining flour to form a smooth ball. Put in a greased bowl, turn dough until sides are greased. Cover with plastic wrap and rise until double.
Punch down. Shape and place in either a greased bread loaf or divide dough in half. Roll each 2" shorter then mold and place in molds. Place cap on & bake at 400° for 60-70 minutes. Remove from mold & cool.
