4 Whole Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Butter
1 White Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
3 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Pound Spaghetti Noodles
2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 Tablespoon of pepper together on a large plate. Bread chicken breasts in flour. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet. Cook chicken until golden brown. Set chicken to the side. Don't clean skillet. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine and scrape pan. Pour in tomatoes and sugar. Pour tomato mixture into a baking dish. Place chicken on top of sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the chicken. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and turning brown. Cook noodles in a saucepan by adding noodles to boiling water, along with 1 teaspoon of salt. When noodles are done (when tender), drain noodles. Serve noodles with chicken and sauce.
